we had two king size rooms , pretty good sizes and the view was beautiful for being on the 4th floor . the food at the restaurant was delicious

When we entered the Westin at the National Harbor, a front dest staff member, Ikea, greeted us with a welcoming smile. She seem very knowledgable about our reservation and offered additional help when needed. She made my granddaughter and I feel very comfortable. She checked in on us often. I feel that she went over and beyond most receptionists, I have encountered at other resort or hotels.

I love the location. The valet guy was awesome. Most of the staff were really pleasant.

The view is spectacular! Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was really fantastic! I'd let them know this was my companion's birthday and they greeted him by name when we arrived and all told him "Happy Birthday!" We will most definitely be back!

I had a city view room, which was nice. I like my tv greeted me, everytime I turned it on. My bed was very confortable. My location was very quiet at night. Excellent view from my room.

I liked the hotel room, it was very clean and comfortable. I can't speak on the staff as I didn't have alot of interaction with them
